Our Story
Terrence Guignard, owner of Longhorn Property Maintenance, brings over a decade of hands-on experience in property care. Having previously owned a successful maintenance company in British Columbia, Terrence built a reputation for reliability, efficiency, and affordability. After relocating to Dauphin with his wife and yet-to-be-born son, he embraced his dream of country living and a slower, more intentional pace of life. Longhorn Property Maintenance was born from that vision- a business rooted in hard work, community values, and a passion for making homes look their best.
